Welcome
The Chicago Society of Echocardiography is dedicated to the continuing education of cardiologists and sonographers in the field of echocardiography. We hold monthly meetings at many of the major medical centers in Chicago and its suburbs during which didactic lectures are presented covering important topics in echo/Doppler. Interesting clinical cases from the host institution are presented and visiting members are encouraged to bring their own unusual cases along for discussion.
Online educational offerings include an extensive Digital image library containing dozens of illustrative cases coupled with in-depth discussion. Learning quizzes test your knowledge base on important echo topics then provides the answers with comprehensive explanations. Our online Lecture series is available any time you want to access it. Echo Challenge presents images and asks you to form an impression before clicking on the correct diagnosis. T-spot offers tips on how to take advantage of the latest technical advancements in echo/Doppler.
