Submit Case Images
Submit your case images on CD. If you are an active member of the CSE and your case is chosen for the image library you will receive a $25 payment.
Before placing the case online all patient specific information will be removed so there will be no violation of confidentiality.
Along with the CD send your name, mailing address and email contact to:
